RETURNS POLICY


On receiving your product, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 14 calendar days to notify Smarter Home Store Ltd of your intent to return the product to receive a returns authorisation number. The product must be in “as new” condition (unused and resalable) including all packaging, instructions and accessories with proof of purchase.  The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of the consumer receiving a returns authorisation number, for Smarter Home Store Ltd to issue a refund on the price of the product.  After that period, a credit note will be issued for the value of the returned product.

Smarter Home Store Ltd. must be notified of the customers wish to return the product via telephone call or email to customer service details on website.

A copy of the original order and the returns authorisation number must accompany the product being returned in order to process the return in a speedy manner.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to place the order.

Shipping/Return postage charges and packaging costs for returns will remain the responsibility of the customer.  We ask customers to take reasonable care to ensure the goods are suitably packaged and that a proof of postage is obtained when returning products.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
